Pastor Oswald Euell is the Executive Secretary of the Northeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. During his tenure, Dr. Euell has served in several capacities at the Northeastern Conference: Personal Ministries Director, Sabbath School Director; Chairman of Personal Ministries with the Black Caucus of the Regional Conferences, and the Chairman of the Committee on Lay Training for the General Conference Initiative on Evangelism for NYC

Dr. Euell holds a Doctorate of Ministry, and is currently completing a Ph.D. Degree in Religious Education.
