Page Travelstead is a Managing Director in the Well Fargo Community Lending & Investment Group (“CLI”). Her responsibility as a Managing Director and team lead is the origination and monitoring of affordable housing construction loans within New York City, New York State and New England. Page has been part of the rapid growth of the Wells CLI-NYC portfolio over the past five years, closing over $1 Billion in construction loans and letters of credit, and working closely with the CLI Equity, Multi-Family Capital and Commercial Real Estate teams. Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2011, Page was a senior project manager in the Housing Development group at Fifth Avenue Committee in Brooklyn, focusing on the Atlantic Terrace project. Page also spent five years in the Commercial and Residential Development group at Forest City Ratner Companies, as the project manager for the 80 DeKalb project, and working on the residential development team of the Atlantic Yards (Barclays Center) project.
Page received an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and a B.A in International Relations from Stanford University. An (almost) lifelong resident of Brooklyn, Page was raised in Cobble Hill, and now resides in Crown Heights with her husband and two children.
I am the chair of the Finance Committee for the Osborne Association, a non-profit organization focused on criminal justice reform, and all issues surrounding this issue, including improving the lives of people affected by incarceration, directly and indirectly.
